User-facing changes and improvements to XPECT.

September 4, 2026Version 1.1.3

Fix: invited players who have not joined yet no longer count towards group member totals — neither on the group page nor in listings.
Fix: on the date filter only the button you pressed (“All matches”, “Today”, or the date) appears active, instead of the whole filter bar; the ±1 day arrows are larger and easier to hit.
In global leagues the right-hand filter is now called “Competition” and lists the league’s own competitions; if it contains only one competition, the filter shows that competition’s name and is disabled. EU/World Cup groups keep the tournament group filter.
Fix: the season badge on global leagues shows the season (e.g. “Season 0”) instead of the calendar year.
Featured badges now also appear on the leaderboard on mobile — in a row below the player’s name — and tapping one opens its description. On desktop the popup is larger, so the badge and its text are easier to read.
News tags now appear in the news list too, not only after opening an article.
When creating a group, competitions without fresh data (currently the World Cup and the Euros) are shown greyed out with a “Coming soon” label and cannot be selected — they become available automatically once the new season’s data arrives.
Expired ads and slides now disappear from the site automatically.

Fix: extra bets (final winner, top scorer) are no longer scored from last season’s results — scoring only counts the finished result of the group’s own season.

August 30, 2026Version 1.1.1

Fix: for some matches the data provider sent home and away teams swapped, so bets were scored the wrong way round. Match sides are now preserved and scoring is correct.
Champions League: the format now follows the league phase, the knockout tree shows the current season, and the play-off round name is translated correctly.
For the Champions League top-scorer bet, every club that takes the field can now be selected, even if its roster has not yet arrived from the data provider.
Group member counts are more accurate on the home page, in Explore, and in My Groups.
Home page quick tips: all matches from the next 48 hours are included again (later weekend rounds used to be dropped from large groups), and the card count is back to 3.
For EU/World Cup groups, profile statistics are now filtered by season.
Players’ featured badges now appear on the leaderboard.

August 17, 2026Version 1.1.0

Badges can now have their own artwork per tier (bronze, silver, gold, platinum, epic, legendary, mythic), and these are visible to players: in the profile badge grid, featured badges, the leaderboard, and the badge notification popup.
Notifications now appear in the interface language (Hungarian, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian) — previously they could show up in English even on a Hungarian interface. The badge popup also follows the selected language.
The home page slider can show a different image per language, in both desktop and mobile sizes.
More hard-coded texts translated into the non-Hungarian, non-English languages.

The full 2026/27 season fixture list is available: of the 1,700+ matches in the top 5 leagues, only the last 1,000 (from 30 December) used to show up on group, leaderboard, and My Bets pages.
Standings, top-scorer lists, and squads now reflect the current season (previously the finished season’s data could appear).
Squads refresh daily, so the top-scorer picker stays current during the transfer window; players who left are removed from the list.
When creating a group you can see which league season it is created for, and you get a notice if the competition has no fresh data yet.
Safer friend requests: the accept/decline link in e-mails now leads to a confirmation page, and the change only happens there.
E-mail notifications are on by default — you can change this any time in your profile.

World Cup Bracket tab: the knockout tree now follows the official FIFA 2026 order (matching eredmenyek.com); Round of 16 pairings align correctly with the Round of 32.
Advancing teams are highlighted in green in all cases — including after a draw or penalties when they appear in the next round.
Match filters: removed the unnecessary square card background; new “Today” quick button next to “All matches” on the date filter.
Group page action buttons redesigned: 2×2 layout with My Bets moved here; group picker cards show cover images with a cleaner look.
Match card: duplicate My Bets buttons removed — access is via the toolbar below the filters.

New date filter on the Matches tab: switch between “All days” and a single day, step ±1 day with the arrows; only one mode is active at a time.
On the match card (group page), live and finished matches now have an expandable “Player tips” section: members’ tips sorted by points (descending), 5 players per page with pagination; colors match the card (green for exact hit, yellow for partial points, red for zero).
New action buttons next to the filters on the group page: Copy all tips (to one or more compatible groups in one step), Take over tips (pull in all tips from another group), Delete tips (remove all of your match tips from this group, extra tips remain untouched). Every action runs after a confirmation pop-up and only affects tips for upcoming matches.
Fix: the Winning Streak badge now correctly requires 2 consecutive exact-score predictions (not just correct outcomes); the Goalfest Hunter badge likewise requires an exact score on a 6+ goal match.

June 20, 2026Version 1.0.6

On profile stats, average points are now divided by finished matches (not all submitted tips); the perfect-hit percentage uses the same basis.
New Scorers tab on EU/World Cup and tournament panels: top scorers listed by goals, with goals and assists columns.
Bottom navigation on leaderboard pages (Leaderboard, Live leaderboard, Results) on mobile and tablet — same style as the group page.
Fix: on mobile, the Results tab sticky table header no longer showed an empty grey bar — match names and scores display correctly.
My Bets page and match card: new “Unified tip” — save the same tip to all your groups for that match in one action.

Fixed profile stats and badges: perfect-hit count is now based on exact score (not partial points adding up); Winning Streak and Goalfest Hunter badges only award for correct-outcome bets.
On mobile, table headers (column names / matches) stay pinned below the navbar while scrolling on the detailed leaderboard, live leaderboard, and Results tab; filters and the player search scroll with the page.
Leaderboard and results tables share a more consistent filter and search bar; columns are sortable and page size is configurable.
Visual polish for the group mini leaderboard and match cards.

The home page now has a new “Quick Actions” bar above your groups: Create, Join with code, My Groups, My Bets, Friends, and My Profile — the most common features in one tap. On mobile, equal-height cards appear in a 3×2 grid.
The group page has been redesigned: a new cover card with Group / Description / Invite tabs integrates settings, members, report, leave, and delete. On mobile and tablet, a bottom navigation bar helps you jump to Matches, Rules, Invite, and Leaderboard (it hides while scrolling).
The mini leaderboard card on the group page now has two tabs: standings and tips from the last finished match (player, tip, points).
The matches section has new status filters (Upcoming, Live, Finished, All) and redesigned filter cards; when live matches are available, the Live tab gently pulses so you don’t miss them.
Leaderboard and results pages share a more consistent filter and tab style, plus a new calendar picker for date ranges (easier on mobile too).
When creating a group, you can now optionally add a description.
Players who leave or are removed from a public or private group no longer remain on the leaderboard — their bets and results are deleted (in the global league they still appear greyed out as “Quit”).
For EU/World Cup groups, the season badge now shows the tournament year (e.g. 2026) instead of the league season.
The Rules / Championship / Stats panel shows more accurate personal stats, season and member count info, and quick access to scoring rules.
Home page group cards now show the same rank and points as the group leaderboard.
Group cover card height tuned so cover images display comfortably while keeping the top three cards balanced.
On the detailed leaderboard, the two date fields sit side by side (on mobile too) and only turn blue when the Date filter is active; the round picker no longer stays blue when inactive.
On the leaderboard and extra tips, player names are clickable and link to profiles; same on the group mini leaderboard.
Fixed outcome counting on group My Stats: a perfect hit now also counts as a correct outcome.
The cover card Members button opens the same member list for everyone: non-admins see Settings disabled and no member management; Invite remains available.

June 11, 2026Version 1.0.3

The live leaderboard now shows the correct live points immediately on load (after a refresh) — no more 1–2 second “flash” of the old standing before the final one appears.
Fixed live leaderboard scoring: live match points now update for everyone (previously only the top players), and a rare double-counting issue was also resolved.
When leaving a public or private group, the player is now removed together with all their bets and results, so they no longer linger on the leaderboard.
A player who leaves the global league is shown greyed out with a “Quit” label on the leaderboard (both the detailed and live views).
On the Results tab, matches are now ordered by ascending date (the earliest, e.g. the currently live match, comes first).

On the home page, the public groups carousel is now labelled “Public Game Groups”.
When paginating group lists, the page scrolls back to the top after each page change so the first groups on the new page are immediately visible.
Group owners and administrators can no longer leave a group; owners must delete the group, and co-admins must demote themselves first.
New Release notes page in the footer — user-facing improvements are listed here.
On the group page, the Matches and Extra bets tabs show more useful info: tips placed, next match deadline, missing tips in the next 48 hours, and separate countdowns for winner and top scorer extra bets.
On the detailed leaderboard and results table, player names are clickable and link to their profile.
On the home page, a purple “Join with code” card sits next to “Create”: tap it to open the invite-code dialog and join a private group with your code.
